The Youth Fellowship Fund is  paid for by the Seneca Cayuga Nation for SCN members to assist their children in covering the costs of school clothing each year. It assists students from pre-K-12th grade. The program also allows home-schooling parents to apply for the funds as well. Each child, once approved, will receive a $400.00 check for the school year that is designated to be used for the purpose of school clothing.

The financial award is distributed per child, not per family. Applicants must be sure to include a copy of their tribal identification card with their application along with that of their child. If the parent or guardian submitting the application is not tribal, they will need to include a copy of their drivers’ license as identification. Lastly, an enrollment confirmation letter from the school attended by the child is required.  The enrollment confirmation should include the child’s name, date of birth, grade, mailing address or physical address, parents name and mailing address, and any custody papers that may be required by the school.
