Grand Lake Casino is excited to announce new developments taking place as they’ve recently broken ground on construction on two restaurants housed within the casino. The project has been in the inception phase for the last 18 months.

Grand Lake Pizza Company is one of two new additions located adjacent to Venue 655, offering a full service made-to-order pizzeria that adjoins the Venue 655 full-service bar. The restaurant is designed with modern-Italian inspiration, showcasing a staple carousel brick oven, a custom oven designed to offer made-to-order pizzas, freshly baked in front of the customers eyes within 90 seconds. It will also include a selection of gourmet pastas and wings. The project is projected to open mid-summer of 2020.

Scoops is a grab-and-game styled restaurant, allowing customers the convenience to curve their appetite while playing on the casino floor. Scoops will offer a crisp and clean updated diner-like vibe; with a variety of sandwiches, gourmet burgers, ice cream, malts and shakes. It will also include a variety of breakfast options served 7 days a week 8am-11am. Scoops is currently completing construction and is set to open mid-March.

The design of both venue buildouts were thoughtfully developed over the last year with collaboration between the senior leadership team of Grand Lake Casino and the Seneca-Cayuga Nation Business Committee.  Both of the new restaurants are certain to serve the Grand Lake community with their modern vibe and upgraded menu offerings. General Manager Dusty Logan shared: “We wanted to create the best experience possible with the highest quality food at a competitive price enhancing our guests’  experience.” Our leadership focused all efforts to develop a unique experience, one which customers’ would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in Grove.
