School Supply Applications

On August 01 thru August 05, 2011 the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe will be taking applications for the Johnson O’Malley School Supply Voucher to eligible applicants.
Amount:
The JOM Vouchers will be issued for $25.00 and can be used to buy school supplies only at the Grove and Miami Wal-Mart Stores.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for the JOM School Vouchers, you must be an enrolled member of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe, attending school pre-K thru 12th grade and due to the federally funded program status, reside within a 50-mile radius of the Miami and the Grove offices.
Application Process:
To obtain a school supply voucher, you must submit the following documentation: the child’s membership card and a bill in the parent’s name showing proof of address. A parent must accompany all applicants under age 18.
Applications will be available at two locations Grove or Miami offices.
