New Well and Storage Tower: Tri-State Engineering, Joplin, Missouri has prepared our plans and specifications for the new water system and the Oklahoam Division of Water Quality has approved these and have issued our Permit to Construct this project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have reviewed and checked these plans and have allowed us to start the construction on the foundation for the water tower. Thursday, January 27 the foundation was poured. After the concrete has set, the sides will start going up. It will be a steel welded tower. Plans for the well house and well are being altered to meet ODEQ regulations in the spacing of the well, but will start drilling as soon as this is done.

We submitted an application to HUD to establish a new wastewater and line extension system in December. We will not know if we are funded until May, 2005.
