The Administration on Aging (AOA) program, also known as Title VI Program, is specifically for Native American Elders and their spouses. Eligibility under this program consists of being a Native American who is 52 years of age or older and has either a CDIB card or Tribal Membership record. This program also includes their spouse.

The program provides for one meal which containes 1/3 the Daily Recommended Nutritional Requirements, Monday through Friday unless otherwise informed. Meals are served from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The program is located at the Seneca-Cayuga Tribal Multi-Purpose Building (918) 787-5405, between Grove and Wyandotte, Oklahoma. The Program Director is Geraldine Teehee. A variety of activities are provided for the seniors to participate in such as: Arts & Crafts; Cookouts; and outings to special entertainment events.

Seniors have the opportunity to participate in Health Screening service offered by the Tribal Community Health Representative and other health care professionals for blood pressure, blood sugars, health education information and resource referrals for special identified informational needs.
